I found the mill isn't that rigid but there are trade-offs when you buy one machine that is supposed to do 3 things. I honestly beleive when people say a little more, they should say for double that amount. Chinese lathes are about 2000.00 and the Chinese Mills are 2000.00 to 3000.00. I am talking fairly good sized machines.

They have the the PDM-30 and KC-20VS in stock and I'm considering getting one of them. I've read some negative reviews for the PDM-30 so will focus on the KC-20VS.

To fix the blade clamp was a grinding job but to really fix it will require some milling work. I have my own milling machine so it's just another project on a long list of projects. I don't know if the newer machine needs this fix or not. Ken
